The COMPANY
Fiddler is an all-in-one platform for LLM and ML Observability that allows users to monitor, explain, analyze, and improve ML models and AI applications. With the rapid advancement of AI technology, it has become increasingly crucial for enterprises to understand and validate the decisions made by their AI models. We aim to give our customers the confidence to ship more predictive and generative models and LLM applications into production safely and responsibly.
MY involvement
As the driving force behind the product design roadmap, I lead the creation of high-fidelity UX/UI design mockups, workflows, and interactive prototypes using Figma. My role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that were both innovative and effective. I conduct extensive user research and competitive analysis, all while considering technical constraints to develop user-centered designs that addressed real-world challenges.
My work contributed directly to the company’s growth, helping us achieve ~$7M ARR. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in securing an $18.2M Series B-Prime investment in 2024, underscoring the impact of my design work on the company’s financial success.

As the demand for large language models (LLMs) is rapidly increasing in various industries and applications, the need for effective LLM observability and monitoring tools is also experiencing significant growth.
The latest project that I am currently leading the design efforts on is focused on developing an effective solution for large language model observability. This initiative aims to enhance our understanding and monitoring of these advanced systems.
As an advanced AI observability platform, we are actively building a comprehensive product designed to effectively support our large language model (LLM) customers in their diverse needs and requirements.
